Kickoff + files
We'll discuss what files and information we need from you to get started on the delegated work. Once we receive materials and confirm availability, we'll begin work according to the timeline we've agreed on.
Delegation rhythm
Weekly or biweekly check-ins, or project-based as needed. Turnaround depends on scope and complexity—we'll set realistic expectations upfront and communicate clearly throughout the process.

$45/hour

What can I delegate to you?
Drafting (2D plans, elevations, details), design development, space planning and layouts, procurement assistance and spec support, documentation, and coordination support like answering contractor questions or reviewing punch lists. You remain the lead designer and client contact.
Can this be white-label / invisible to my client?
Yes. This is designed to be behind-the-scenes support. You present the work as your own, and I remain invisible to your clients unless you choose to credit the collaboration.
How do we share files and communicate?
We'll set up a workflow that works for you—typically email, shared folders, or project management tools. Communication happens as needed for questions and updates, not on a rigid schedule.
What's your typical turnaround?
It depends on scope and complexity, as well as our current capacity. Simple drafting tasks might be 2-3 days; design development work could be a week or more. We'll discuss timeline expectations during the fit call and set clear, realistic deadlines for each delegated task based on what we can commit to.
Are you acting as Architect of Record / stamping drawings?
No. I'm not acting as Architect of Record. Final stamping and permitting are handled by licensed professionals in your jurisdiction. This is drafting and design support, not structural engineering or code compliance.
What do you charge?
$45/hour, billed hourly for actual time spent. Minimum 1 hour per request. Small tasks are welcome. Invoiced monthly or per project milestone. If you prefer a weekly retainer, we can discuss that during the fit call.
